FIFA for FIDO

Did I mention my middle name was Beckham? I've been sharpening my skillz since 12 weeks of age!
Apart from poker, us doggies LOVE Football.

My dad and I have been watching all the world cup games we can.

I've been thinking of organizing an ARF football squad to represent Pugistan.

Be sure to sign up in the comments section if you want to participate! We'll need a goalie so If any of you know how to use your "hands" let me know.

Since we'll be the only canine team, we'll have to practice during the off season with these guys

Attila from Switzerland will join the team. He likes to play mid field or defense if possible.
Will send photo soon to provide his talent.

Daisy is really great with her hands and wants to be your goalie. She could use a little exercise to get rid of the post-pregnancy fat so it would be a perfect fit.

Good idea, Brody! I would like to represent Pugistan in this sporting event. Is there any position where my circular-sprinting skills could be put to good use? I'm pretty fast running in a straight line, but when I start circling, the jets really kick in. I just hope I don't trip over my beard.

    Fantastic!

Attila - mid field and defense it is. It will be good to have a flexible player - one who's territorial but knows how to handle open spaces.

Daisy - You're a great breed for the job! I've always been impressed with the agility of Boxers.

And Ayatollah - perhaps mid field would be suitable for you as well. That way, your circles won't be troubled with any silly regulations like sidelines.

I can be the goalie. I use my hands all the time! I think ARF sounds great. I too have been watching the games, we (my parents and I) want Brasil to win. Mommy loves Ronaldo.

I too would like to join your squad. I have been diligently building up my cardiovascular endurance by jumping into our pool and swimming in circles for quite a good while until the humans pay attention to me and refocus their energies on amusing me.

I am concerned, however, about the uniforms, as I'm not very comfortable wearing most kinds of outfits.

I'll join the team even though American football is more my style. Mom says I'm a pro at doing a Lambeau Leap off of the back of the sofa.
